I had a good laugh when I read Then She Made comments about this door hanger. As it turns out she hates it and the color pink with her house. I thinks that it so cute.

Snowflake Garland

100_2363

I know that garlands aren’t anything new, but since my girls are crazy about glitter I changed some of the common supplies to help the garland survive outside the house.

100_2358

Instead of paper I used white and pink foam board to make the snowflakes. After the usual glue and glitter on the foam snowflakes I sprayed the them with the all-purpose spray adhesive to help the glitter stay on. I used hot glue to attach the foam to the string.

Outside Chandelier

Winter seems to be the hardest time for me. I just want to be outside creating and having in the sun. So in the next few weeks if you see some posts that seem too Springy – well—I am just in preparation mode or boredom mode.  With that said, how cool is this chandelier?

100_2343

Finally the snow came! We were able to play outside in the sunshine and snow for 3 hours today. My husband and kids came up with this dragon. It started out as a igloo, then a fort, and ended a dragon. This is great outdoor décor!
